The Professional ALT (Assistant Language Teacher) Alliance or ProALT, a membership association led by Ana Englishbucks Montessori at Seels Teachers Academy and the Purple DX Business School, is established to address the evolving needs of the education sector in the digital age. The ProALT Alliance aims to bridge this gap by providing comprehensive training and support for Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) and other educators, equipping them with essential skills and advancing their profession in the digital world. Objectives:

  • Enhance Professional Capabilities: Upgrade the professional capabilities of ALTs and other educators, specifically in digital transformation (DX), to enhance their effectiveness and meet the high demand for these skills in the job market.
  • Prepare for Direct Hiring: Equip ALT and other educators with advanced DX skills and competencies, preparing them for direct hiring opportunities with Boards of Education.
  • Lobbying and Assistance: Advocate for the interests of Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) by providing support and assistance in interactions with Boards of Education.

130-Hour (6 months) TESOL Certificate and DX Business English Teaching (with Capstone Project Submission requirements)

The 130-Hour TESOL Curriculum is meticulously designed to meet the evolving demands of Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) and educators in today’s dynamic educational landscape. This curriculum provides comprehensive training in TESOL, with a core emphasis on DX (Digital Transformation) Business English.
