As a social enterprise, Seels Teachers Academy is committed to supporting educators from less privileged backgrounds who may be nominated for awards. To ensure fairness among all nominees, the investment required to receive this distinguished award will be shared equally by all who accept their nominations. The Award Committee Secretariat will carefully determine the equitable contribution cost, which will be considered an essential criterion for award issuance. Allocation of Generated Funds:
As a social enterprise, Seels Teachers Academy directs 51% of its surplus profits towards bolstering educational initiatives. These funds are specifically earmarked to support the establishment of schools with essential educational materials and training. This includes:
A. Providing Jolly Phonics School Startup Packs along with comprehensive training;
B. Supplying Montessori materials to aid in the startup and development of Seels DX International School; and
C. Training in Organizing, Management, Legal, and Taxation for School Managers and Staff.
These initiatives are meticulously designed to enhance educational opportunities and cultivate innovative learning environments.
